Steps
-
1Sit down with your knees up, and put your head between your legs.Ad
-
2Take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth whilst in this position, keeping your eyes closed. Once the initial feeling has gone, move on to step three:
-
3Open your eyes slowly, and even more slowly, sit up.
-
4Eat something fibrous or with a lot of protein: cereal bars, oatmeal/porridge, or something sugary: chocolate etc. The faint feeling may be from hunger, so get cramming!
-
5Drink some plain water; feeling faint is sometimes due to dehydration.
-
6Give your temples a quick massage or rub.
-
7Splash some cold water on your face.
-
8Rest for an hour or so. Don't exercise for a while, depending on the severity of your faintness.
-
9Ensure that you get a good night's rest (although you should be doing that anyway).
I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
ReplyDeleteliver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers..
